    주한외국기업인사관리협회 [ KOFEN HR], 외국계기업 & 국내글로벌기업 급여 및 복리후생조사결과발표회 가져.... 주한외국기업인사관리협회 [KOFEN HR]는 ( 회장 이관영, 54, AIG Korea 인사전무) 지난 15일 협회 회의실에서 2020년 주한외국계기업 & 국내글로벌기업 급여 및 복리후생조사결과발표회를 하였다고 KOFEN HR 시장조사분과 위원회 공현정 위원장 ( 한국아즈빌 인사부장 ) 는 밝혔다. 이날 조사발표에서 2000여개 주한외국계기업 및 국내글로벌기업을 대상으로한 조사에서 135개 기업이 응답을 하였고 2020년 외국계기업 한국지사장의 평균 연봉은 3억 이상 (28.68%) 인것으로 나타났고 2019년 2억5천만원보다 다소 상승한것으로 보인다고 밝혔다. 한편 임원급(전무,상무,이사)의 평균 연봉은 1억에서 1억5천만원(38.71%) 로 나타났다. 인사담당 임원급 (전무,상무,이사)의 평균 연봉의 경우도 1억에서 1억5천만원(29.63%) 로 나타났다. 인사담당 신입사원의 연봉은 3천만원에서 3천오백만원 사이 (38.27%) 로 발표되었다. 자세한 조사결과발표자료는 8월중순경 "2020 주한외국기업백서 " 책자로 발간되며 금번조사한 급여및 복리후생결과와 올해 7월말 기준 2,000여개 외국계기업 전국 각지역별 현황 (상호,대표자,최근 매출액, 종업원수,주소,사업자번호등 ) 과 최근 국회를 통과한 주요법령 과 노동이슈,인사노무현황등을 수록한 책자를 정회원사를 대상으로 무료배포할 예정이라고 밝혔다. 특히 코로나19로 인한 오프라인 특강이 어려운 점을 고려하여 E Book 과 동영상 에니메이션 특강자료도 함께 제공할 예정이라고 밝혔다.     [외신] Siemens to let staff ‘Work From Anywhere’ permanently Germany’s Siemens has decided to let its employees work from wherever they want for two or three days a week, in the latest example of how the coronavirus is making major companies re-think how and where their staff work. The Munich-based trains to industrial software maker said its board had approved a new working model which will allow employees to work from where they are most productive, including at home or from a co-working space. “The aim is to enable employees worldwide to work on a mobile basis for an average of two or three days a week, whenever reasonable and feasible,” Siemens said in a statement. “These changes will also be associated with a different leadership style, one that focuses on outcomes rather than on time spent at the office,” said incoming Chief Executive Roland Busch. Technology companies such as Twitter Inc have been taking the lead on a permanent shift that is gaining traction in other industries as firms seek cost reductions or employee convenience – or both. Siemens, which is the first large German company to make permanent changes to how it organises how staff work, said the new model will apply to more than 140,000 employees at around 125 locations in 43 countries.
