    [속보] 서울시 "10인이상 집회 30일까지 금지…거리두기 3단계 조치" (상보) 서울시는 21일 0시부터 30일 24시까지 서울 전역에서 10명 이상 모이는 모든 집회를 전면 금지한다고 20일 밝혔다. 10명 이상 집회 금지는 정부의 사회적 거리두기 3단계에 준하는 조치다. 서울시는 20일 “21일 0시부터 30일 24시까지 서울 전역에서 개최되는 10인 이상 모든 집회를 전면 금지한다”며 “10인 이상 집회 금지는 정부의 사회적 거리두기 3단계에 준하는 조치”라고 밝혔다. 시는 “서울은 인구밀도가 높고 유동인구가 많아 n차 감염 확산 우려가 가장 높은 곳”이라며 “코로나19 확산 위험을 차단하기 위해 선제적인 조치를 결정했다”고 설명했다. 시는 금지 조치를 위반한 집회 주최자와 참가자를 경찰에 고발할 예정이다. 서정협 서울시장 권한대행은 “나와 가족, 이웃의 생명과 안전을 지키기 위해 집회금지 조치에 적극 협조해달라”고 말했다.

    폭스바겐 투아렉, 1000만원 낮춰 GV80과 정면 승부 20일 폭스바겐코리아에 따르면 신형 투아렉 3.0 TDI 프리미엄은 8390만원, 프레스티지 8990만원, R-Line 9790만원으로 가격이 조정됐다. 기존 가격은 프리미엄 8890만원, 프레스티지 9790만원, R-라인 1억90만원이었다. 트림별로 300~800만원 가격을 낮춘 것이다. 폴크스바겐은 이달부터 특별 금융 프로모션 혜택도 시작했다. 폭스바겐파이낸셜서비스의 금융상품을 활용하면 투아렉 3.0 TDI 프리미엄을 14% 할인된 7200만원대로 구입할 수 있는데, 트레이드 인 혜택 300만원을 추가로 받으면 차량 가격은 6900만원대 까지 낮아진다. 상위 모델인 프레스티지는 8%, R-라인은 7% 할인을 받을 수 있다.현금 구매시에도 트림별로 각각 12%, 6%, 5% 할인을 받을 수 있다. 가장 할인폭이 큰 투아렉 3.0 TDI 프리미엄의 경우 7400만원, 트레이드 인 혜택 300만원을 받으면 7100만원대에 구입이 가능해진다. 이처럼 폴크스바겐이 투아렉 가격을 공격적으로 인하한 것은 제네시스 GV80을 겨냥한 것으로 보인다. 지난 2월 투아렉 3세대 출시 행사에서 슈테판 크랍 아우디폭스바겐코리아 폭스바겐 부문 사장은 "GV80도 좋은 차"라면서도 "투아렉은 3세대에 걸쳐 10년 넘게 판매되며 다양한 검증을 거친 차량"이라고 했다. 그간 시장의 검증을 충분히 받았기 때문에 투아렉의 상품성이 더 앞설 것이라는 자신감을 내비친 것이다.

    일본계은행 미즈호, 종이통장 만들면 1만2000원 수수료 떼간다 21일 요미우리신문에 따르면 미즈호은행은 내년 1월부터 70세 미만 소비자가 신규 계좌를 만들면서 종이통장 발급을 요청할 경우 건당 수수료로 1000엔을 받기로 했다. 일본 3대 은행 중 종이통장을 ‘유료화’하는 것은 미즈호가 처음이다. 다른 대형 은행은 미쓰비시 UFJ와 미쓰이스미토모는 디지털 통장으로 바꾸는 소비자에게 현금을 배포하는 등 ‘디지털 통장’ 전환을 위해 마케팅을 벌이고 있으나, 종이통장 유료화 방침은 내놓지 않았다. 미즈호의 종이통장 유료화 방침은 스마트폰이나 개인용 컴퓨터로 거래하고 관련 명세를 확인하는 디지털 통장 이용을 촉진하기 위해서다. 미즈호는 “다만 종이통장을 많이 사용하는 현실을 고려해 이미 계좌를 보유한 기존 고객이나 스마트폰 이용률이 낮은 70세 이상 신규 고객에게는 무료 발급 서비스를 계속 제공할 것”이라고 전했다. 일본에서 3대 대형 은행(메가 뱅크) 중 하나인 미즈호가 종이통장을 발급해 달라고 요구하는 신규 고객에게 내년부터 1천엔의 수수료를 받기로 했다. 수수료에는 소비세(10%)가 붙어 종이통장을 원하는 신규 고객의 실제 부담액은 1100엔(약 1만2000원)이 될 것으로 전망된다.

    [단독외신] TikTok to sue Trump over order banning transactions with app TikTok is preparing to mount a legal challenge as early as Monday to President Trump’s executive order prohibiting transactions with the popular short video app and its Chinese parent ByteDance, according to people familiar with the matter. Trump issued an executive order on Aug. 14 that gave ByteDance 90 days to divest the US operations of TikTok. ByteDance has been making progress in talks with potential acquirers, including Microsoft and Oracle. Some of ByteDance’s US investors could also join the winning bid. TikTok’s legal challenge pertains to an earlier executive order, which Trump issued on Aug. 6, the sources said. That order directed the Secretary of Commerce to come up with a list of transactions involving ByteDance and its holdings that should be banned after 45 days. TikTok plans to argue that the Aug. 6 executive order’s reliance on the International Emergency Economic Powers Act deprives it of due process, according to the sources. TikTok will also contest its classification by the White House as a national security threat, the sources added. It was not immediately clear which court TikTok plans to use to file its lawsuit. The company had previously said it was exploring its legal options, and its employees were also preparing their own lawsuit. While TikTok is best known for its anodyne videos of people dancing and going viral among teenagers, US officials have expressed concerns that information on users could be passed on to China’s communist government. The sources requested anonymity ahead of the lawsuit’s filing. ByteDance declined to comment. A White House spokesman declined to comment. TikTok’s legal challenge would not shield ByteDance from having to divest the app. This is because it does not pertain to the Aug. 14 order on the sale of TikTok, which is not subject to judicial review. However, the move shows that ByteDance is seeking to deploy all the legal ammunition at its disposal as it tries to prevent the TikTok deal negotiations from turning into a fire sale. The Trump administration has stepped up its efforts to purge what it deems “untrusted” Chinese apps from US digital networks. Beyond TikTok, Trump has also issued an order that would prohibit transactions with Tencent Holding’s WeChat. Trump has said he would support an effort by Microsoft to buy TikTok’s American operations if the US government got a “substantial portion” of the proceeds, but has also said there are other interested potential buyers such as Oracle.
