The 2020 white paper on foreign companies in Korea, the average annual salary of Korea Country Managers is more than 300 million won, and the average annual salary of new college graduates is 35 million won.
KOFA , The Korea Foreign Enterprise Association [CEO, Kim Jong-cheol,54 ] published the results of its survey on salary and benefits of foreign companies in Korea conducted in April this year.
The survey was conducted on 2,000 foreign companies in Korea and 135 companies responded.
The average annual salary of the country manager was more than 300 million won (28.68 percent), and it seems to be a slight increase from 250 million won in 2019.
The average annual salary of executive-level officers (full-time, executive and director) was 100 to 150 million won (38.71 percent). The average annual salary of the manager and team leader is 70 to 90 million won (54.84%),The deputy manager's salary is 50 to 70 million won (70.97 percent),Working-level officials ranged from 35 million won to 45 million won (70.97 percent),
New college graduates entry level ranged from 30 million won to 35 million won (45.16 percent).
In the survey, the offices of foreign companies were located in Seoul (71.32 percent) and Gyeonggi (20.59 percent), almost all of which were located in the Seoul metropolitan area.
47.06% of companies with fewer than 50 employees,Most foreign companies that have entered Korea are small and medium-sized enterprises and Only 21.32% of companies with 100 to 300 employees and 11.76% of companies with more than 1,000 employees.
In the form of entry into Korea, 43.38 percent of them were independent assets, 30.15 percent were branches, 17.65 percent were representative offices, and 8.82 percent were joint ventures.

The industrial classification was manufacturing (30.15%) and wholesale and retail (29.41%), with the manufacturing and wholesale and retail industries mainly entering Korea and Only 13.97 percent of the specialized science and technology sector.

2020년 주한외국기업백서, 한국지사장 평균연봉은 3억이상 , 신입대졸 평균연봉은 3천5백만원
주한외국기업연합회 KOFA [상임대표 김종철,54 ]는 2020년도 주한외국기업백서를 출간하면서 올해 4월 실시한 주한외국기업 급여 및 복리후생조사결과를 발표하였다. 이번 조사는 주한외국계기업 2000개 기업을 대상으로 조사하였고 135개 기업이 응답을 하였다.
2020년 외국계기업 한국지사장의 평균 연봉은 3억 이상 (28.68%) 인것으로 나타났고 2019년 2억5천만원보다 다소 상승한것으로 보인다고 밝혔다.임원급(전무,상무,이사)의 평균 연봉은 1억에서 1억5천만원(38.71%) 로 나타났다.
부장,팀장급의 평균연봉은 7천만원 에서 9천만원 (54.84%) , 과차장급은 5천만원 에서 7천만원 (70.97%) , 실무자 대리급은 3천5백만원 에서 4천5백만원 (70.97%)으로 나타났고 대졸 신입사원의 경우는 3천만원에서 3천5백만원 (45.16%) 로 나타났다.
이번조사대상에서 외국계기업의 사무소 위치는 서울(71.32%) ,경기(20.59%) 로서 거의 수도권에 위치해있었다.
종업원수의 경우는 50인 미만이 47.06%로서 대부분 한국에 진출한 외국계기업은 중소기업이 다수를 차지하고있고
100인에서 300인 미만 기업이 21.32% , 1000명 이상종업원수의 기업은 11.76%에 불과하였다.
한국 진출형태의 경우 43.38%가 독립자산의 형태 30.15%가 지점의 형태 17.65%가 대표사무소였고 8.82%가 합자회사의 형태로 나타났다. 2019년도 한국에서의 매출규모는 300억미만이 48.53% , 1000억 이상은 30.88%로 나타났다.
산업(업종)분류는 제조업 (30.15%) , 도매 및 소매업 (29.41%)로 주로 제조업과 도.소매업이 한국에 진출하였고 전문 과학기술업종은 13.97%에 불과 하였다.
자세한 조사결과발표자료는 8월중순경 "2020 주한외국기업백서 " 책자로 발간되며 금번조사한 급여및 복리후생결과와 올해 7월말 기준 2,000여개 외국계기업 전국 각지역별 현황 (상호,대표자,최근 매출액, 종업원수,주소,사업자번호등 ) 과 최근 국회를 통과한 주요법령 과 노동이슈,인사노무현황등을 수록한 책자를 통해 정회원사를 대상으로 무료배포할 예정이라고 류성현 사무총장 [47, 법무법인 광장 ,국세전문 파트너 변호사]은 밝혔다.
아울러 코로나19로 인한 오프라인 발표등이 어려운 점을 고려하여 E Book 과 동영상 에니메이션 특강자료도 함께 제공할 예정이라고 밝혔다.

[단독외신] Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos sells $3 billion worth of stock

Jeff Bezos is cashing in on the coronavirus — and that could be good news for his rocket company, Blue Origin.
The 56-year-old Amazon CEO on Wednesday sold exactly 1 million shares — or $3.1 billion worth of stock in the e-commerce juggernaut, bringing his total stock sales for the year to over $7 billion.
The sale, which came a week after Amazon shattered expectations in its most recent earnings report, represented less than 3 percent of his massive Amazon stake, which is worth more than $175 billion. Bezos is currently worth $189 billion, according to Forbes.
Shares of Amazon are up more than 90 percent since the start of pandemic-related lockdowns in March, with massive gains fueled by stuck-at-home consumers turning to Amazon for their shopping needs. The stock rose 0.6 percent on Thursday to $3,225.
The billionaire announced in 2017 that he would be selling at least $1 billion worth of stock each year to fund Blue Origin, which recently posted job listings for its lunar lander program.
“The price of admission to space is very high,” Bezos said at a 2018 awards dinner. “I’m in the process of converting my Amazon lottery winnings into a much lower price of admission so we can go explore the solar system.”
Bezos is locked in a heated space race with fellow tech billionaire and Tesla CEO Elon Musk, who runs his own rocket company, SpaceX. Both men want to launch a network of internet-beaming satellites, and both want to make space tourism accessible to the average person.

징가가 이스탄불 기반의 모바일 게임 업체 롤릭을 인수한다
글로벌 인터랙티브 엔터테인먼트 업계를 선도하는 징가(Zynga Inc.)(나스닥: ZNGA)가 터키 모바일 게임 업체 롤릭(Rollic)을 인수하기로 계약을 체결했다고 5일 발표했다. 롤릭은 하이퍼 캐주얼(hyper-casual) 모바일 게임을 개발해 선보이는 업체로 누적 다운로드 건수가 2억5000만건이 넘는다. 징가는 롤릭 인수를 통해 전문 인력과 광범위한 외부 개발자 네트워크를 확보, 모바일 게임 분야에서 가장 빠른 성장세를 구가하는 하이퍼 캐주얼 시장에 진출할 계획이다. 징가의 고객 및 광고 매출 증가를 견인할 것으로 기대를 모은다. 부라크 바달(Burak Vardal)과 데니즈 바사란(Deniz Basaran), 메메트 칸 야부즈(Mehmet Can Yavuz)가 2018년 12월에 이스탄불에서 공동 설립한 롤릭은 하이퍼 캐주얼 모바일 게임을 개발해 유통·판매하는 업체다. 롤릭의 게임 포트폴리오는 미국 앱 스토어(App Store) 무료 다운로드 게임 순위에서 1·2위를 다툰다. 2020년 2분기 기준 미국 앱 스토어에서 가장 많은 다운로드를 기록한 게임은 롤릭이 출시한 ‘고 나트 3D(Go Knots 3D)’와 ‘탱글 마스터 3D(Tangle Master 3D)’였다. 롤릭의 게임을 즐기는 일일 사용자 수(DAU)는 500만명이 넘으며 월간 사용자 수(MAU)는 6500만명에 이른다. 프랭크 기보(Frank Gibeau) 징가 최고경영자는 “롤릭 인수를 통해 급성장세를 이어가고 있는 하이퍼 캐주얼 시장으로 영역을 확대하게 돼 기쁘게 생각한다”며 “징가는 롤릭을 통해 게임 파이프라인과 개발자 네트워크를 보강, 고객 수를 늘리고 글로벌 광고 사업을 확대·다각화할 것”이라고 말했다. 이어 “징가와 롤릭은 동반 성장하기에 유리한 조건을 갖추고 있다”고 덧붙였다. 부라크 바달 징가 설립자 겸 최고경영자는 “롤릭 팀이 징가와 함께하게 돼 자랑스럽다”며 “징가의 세계 정상급 제품 관리·데이터 과학·광고 수익화·유통 및 판매 역량과 하이퍼 캐주얼 분야에서 쌓은 롤릭의 전문 지식은 찰떡궁합”이라고 말했다. 이어 “게임을 통해 세상을 연결하자는 공동의 사명에 한 발 더 다가갈 수 있길 기대한다”고 덧붙였다. 징가는 현금 1억6800만달러를 들여 롤릭 지분 80%를 매입할 계획이다. 최종 선불금 거래 고려사항에는 계약 청산 조정액이 포함되며 인수 거래는 2020년 10월 1일에 완료될 것으로 예상된다. 나머지 지분 20%는 이후 3년에 걸쳐 매입해 나갈 계획이다.
