I am also the Director of Public Relations at the KOFA. Today, I am honored to be joined with Ms.Lee Jung-eun, the head of the Korean branch of America II Electronics Korea, who has become the talk of the town for winning first place in the 2020 Ms. World Super Model Awards. Hello Ms. Jeong Eun Lee, first of all, thank you very much for accepting this interview.It would be great if you would start us off with a brief introduction to America II Electronics Korea. Jeong Eun Lee America II Electronics Korea Is a foreign company based in the United States that provides semiconductor and electronic component distribution and supply chain solutions, and is currently located in Samseong-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul. Alicia Song Would you please describe what the organizational culture (OD & Culture) and ideal Talent Style of America II Electronics Korea is? Jeong Eun Lee We are aiming for a flexible and horizontal organizational culture with horizontal communication based on mutual respect. In a rapidly changing society. we look for talented people who look into the future and lead change,and we value those who respond flexibly to situations and think positively and put those values to practice. Alicia Song It is our understanding that you won first place in the 2020 Ms. World Super Model Awards. Please give us a brief introduction to the Ms. World Super Model Awards and your motivation for participating. Jeong Eun Lee Since the start of the corona pandemic last year, in order to turn this crisis and otherwise stressful time into an opportunity, I have been working on my diet and exercising to work on a healthy life. During this time, I came across the 'World Super Model Awards 2020', and I wanted to take on this new challenge in field of modeling. So I decided to participate in the Mrs. section of this competition. Alicia Song Would you please outline the compensation & benefits (C&B) and HR (HRM) system of America II Electronics Korea? Jeong Eun Lee To talk about the values that can be obtained from working in our company, they be ‘fast growth,’ ‘global experience,’ ‘cooperative colleagues’ and ‘the best salary in the industry through a differentiated incentive system In addition to incentives, there are welfare programs such as rewards for long-term workers, work support, and four major insurances. Alicia Song As a successful working mom and career woman, could you give some advice for other working moms who dream of becoming CEOs of foreign companies in the future? Jeong Eun Lee We don't know what will happen with our lives. Believe in yourself and face it boldly. I think that when you think positively and act positively, there will be positive results. Alicia Song Lastly, as a mentor who contributes so much to her community, please share with us any wisdom you may have for young job seekers. Jeong Eun Lee The reason I was able to achieve my dream is because I kept running at a diligent pace without stopping for anything. • 산업통상자원부, CPTPP 가입 추진계획 의결

  정부는 4.15일 ‘제228차 대외경제장관회의’에서 관계부처 합동으로 'CPTPP 가입 추진계획'을 서면 의결했다. 정부는 그간 공청회(3.25) 등 사회적 논의 결과를 토대로 'CPTPP 가입 추진계획'을 마련하였고, 4.11~15일 이를 서면결의했다. 여한구 통상교섭본부장은 “CPTPP 가입은 TPP 시절부터 8년 이상 검토해온 과제로, 정부는 그간의 준비를 바탕으로 금번 대경장 의결을 통해 가입추진 계획을 수립”하였다고 밝혔다. 또한, “이는 정부가 급변하는 글로벌 정세에 대응하고 아태지역 내 안정적인 공급망 구축에 한 걸음 나아간 데 의미가 있으며,앞으로도 농수산업계 등 이해관계자와 지속 소통하면서 가입을 추진해 나갈 것”임을 강조했다. 정부는 향후 통상조약법에 따라 'CPTPP 가입 추진계획' 국회보고 등 CPTPP 가입신청 관련 국내 절차를 진행한 후, 공식 가입신청서를 제출할 계획이다.

• 고용노동부, 퇴직연금 1년만에 40조원 증가, 총 적립금 295.6조원 달성

  고용노동부와 금융감독원은 ‘2021년말 기준 퇴직연금 적립금 운용현황 통계’를 발표했다. ‘퇴직연금 적립금 운용현황 통계’는 퇴직연금사업자의 영업실적을 기초로 전년 말 기준 퇴직연금 적립금액과 운용수익률, 총비용부담률, 수급 형태 등 퇴직연금제도의 운영과 관련한 주요 지표로 구성되어있다. 지난해 ‘확정기여형, 개인형퇴직연금’ 적립금은 여전히 뚜렷한 증가세를 보였으며, 퇴직연금 총 적립금은 약 295조원으로 성장했다. 실적배당형 운용비중 증가세도 유지되었고, 연금수령 비중 또한 높아졌다. [적립금 현황] 2021년말 기준 퇴직연금 적립금 규모는 전년 말(255.5조원) 대비 40조1천억원 증가(15.7%)한 295조6천억원으로 지속적으로 성장하고 있다. 제도유형별로는 확정급여형(DB) 171.5조원(58.0%), 확정기여형(DC) 77.6조원(26.2%), 개인형퇴직연금(IRP) 46.5조원(15.7%)이 적립됐다. 전년대비 증가폭은 확정급여형의 경우 17.6조원 증가(11.4%), 확정기여형·IRP특례의 경우 10.4조원이 증가(15.4%)했다. 특히 개인형퇴직연금의 경우에는 12.1조원이 증가하여 35.1%의 높은 증가율을 보였다. 상품유형별(원리금보장, 실적배당)로는 전체 적립금 295.6조원 중 원리금보장형이 255.4조원(86.4%, 대기성자금 포함), 실적배당형이 40.2조원(13.6%)을 차지했다. 특히 확정기여형(20.7%) 및 개인형퇴직연금(34.3%)의 경우 실적배당형 운용비중이 상대적으로 높은 경향을 보이며(확정급여형 4.8%), 전체 실적배당형 운용비중도 전년대비 2.9%p(12.8조원) 증가하여 최근 5년 내 가장 높은 증가 폭을 보였다. 금융권역별(은행, 생보, 금투, 손보, 근복단) 적립금 점유율은 은행(50.6%)이 가장 높고, 생명보험(22.0%), 금융투자(21.3%), 손해보험(4.8%), 근로복지공단(1.3%) 순서로 나타났다. 전년대비 금융투자의 경우 22.1% 증가, 근로복지공단의 경우 15.3% 증가하여 운용관리기관 중에서 가장 높은 증가율을 보였다. 실적배당형 운용비중은 금융투자가 27.7%로 가장 높았으며 권역별 편차가 큰 것으로 분석되었다. [운용수익률] 연간수익률은 2.00%로 전년(2.58%) 대비 0.58%p 감소했으며, 최근 5년 및 10년간 연환산 수익률은 각각 1.96%, 2.39%를 보였다. 상품유형별로는 원리금보장형이 1.35%, 실적배당형은 6.42%이며, 제도유형별로는 확정급여형 1.52%, 확정기여형.IRP특례 2.49%, 개인형퇴직연금 3.00%로 확정기여형과 개인형퇴직연금의 수익률이 상대적으로 높게 나타났다. [총비용부담률] 총비용부담률은 전년대비 0.005%p 소폭 하락한 0.417%로 나타났다. 제도유형별로는 확정급여형 0.344%, 확정기여형·IRP특례 0.573%, 개인형퇴직연금 0.430%으로 기록되었고, 금융권역별로는 은행 0.464%, 금융투자 0.387%, 생명보험 0.379%, 손해보험 0.292%, 근로복지공단 0.080%으로 나타났다. [연금수령] 2021년에 퇴직연금 수령이 시작된 계좌(397,270좌) 중 연금수령 비중은 4.3%로 전년(3.3%) 대비 1.0%p 증가했다. 금액 기준으로 전체 9.3조원 중 34.3%가 연금으로 지급되고, 연금수령 계좌의 평균 수령액은 1억 8,858만원으로 나타났다.

• 중국 2022년 3월 원유, 천연가스 수입 하락폭 확대

  4월 18일, 중국 국가통계국（国家统计厅）에서 발표한 데이터에 따르면 2022년 3월 중국 원류 수입량은 4271만톤으로 전년 동기대비 14.0% 감소하였으며, 하락 폭은 1-2월 대비 9.1%p 확대되었다. 천연가스 수입량은 798만톤으로 전년 동기대비 8.5% 감소하였으며, 하락 폭은 1-2월 대비 4.7%p 확대되었다. 3월, 중국 국내 원유 생산량은 1771만톤으로 전년 동기대비 3.9% 증가하였으며, 일평균 생산량은 57.1만톤이었다. 3월 천연가스 생산량은 197억입방미터로 전년 동기대비 6.3% 증가하였으며, 일평균 생산량은 6.3억입방미터에 달했다. 3월, 중국 원유 가공량은 5859만톤으로 전년 동기대비 2.0% 감소하였으며, 일평균 가공량은 189.0만톤이었다. 2022년 1분기 중국 원유 생산량은 5119만톤으로 전년 동기대비 4.4% 증가하였으며, 원유 수입량은 1억2785만톤으로 전년 동기대비 8.1% 감소했다. 2022년 1분기 중국 천연가스 생산량은 569억입방미터로 전년 동기대비 6.6% 증가하였으며, 천연가스 수입량은 2782만톤으로 전년 동기대비 5.1% 감소했다.
