[단독] 한국씨티은행 ERP (희망퇴직금) 7억에 창업지원금도 지급하고 이달부로 마무리한다...
씨티은행 희망퇴직자 중 마지막 3단계 대상 인원이 이달 말 은행을 떠난다. 앞서 씨티은행은 소비자금융 사업부문의 단계적 폐지 방침을 밝히고, 지난해 11월 대규모 희망퇴직 신청을 받은 바 있다.
전체 직원 3500여 명 가운데 약 3분의 2에 해당하는 2300여 명의 직원이 희망퇴직을 신청했고 이 중 약 2100명이 희망퇴직을 진행해왔다.
씨티은행은 최대 7억원 한도에서 정년까지 남은 월급을 100% 보상하며 창업·전직 지원금 2500만원도 추가로 줬다. 또 희망퇴직자 중 600여 명은 영업점과 지원부서, 콜센터, 전산 등에 단기 계약직 형태로 재채용됐다.

Among Citibank's voluntary retirees, the last three-stage target will leave the bank at the end of this month. Earlier, Citibank announced its plan to phase out the consumer finance business sector and received a large-scale voluntary retirement application in November last year.
About 2,300 employees, or about two-thirds of the total 3,500 employees, applied for voluntary retirement, of which about 2,100 have been proceeding with voluntary retirement.
Citibank compensated 100% of the remaining salary from the maximum limit of 700 million won to the retirement age and also gave an additional 25 million won in start-up and transfer support. In addition, about 600 of the voluntary retirees were rehired in the form of short-term contract workers at branches, support departments, call centers, and computers.
