• 중국 1분기 GDP 4.8% 성장...1인당 가처분소득 200만원 수준

  중국 국가통계국에 따르면 1/4분기 국내총생산액(GDP)은 4.8% 성장한 27조 178억 위안(약 5,219조원)을 달성했으며 1차, 2차, 3차 산업이 각각 6.0%, 5.8%, 4.0% 성장세를 보였다. 첨단기술 제조업의 부가가치가 14.2% 성장하고 정보통신 서비스업의 부가가치가 10.8% 성장하였으며, 상품의 온라인 판매액은 8.8% 성장하여 소비재 소매판매액의 23.2%를 차지하였음. 친환경 제품 생산도 비교적 빠른 성장세로 신에너지차, 태양광 배터리 생산량이 각각 140.8%, 24.3% 증가했다. 1인당 가처분 소득은 5.1% 증가한 1만 345위안(약 200만원)이며, 소비재 제조업의 부가가치가 8.1%의 성장세를 보였고 규모이상(도매업 연매출 2,000만 위안 이상, 소매업 연매출 500만 위안 이상) 기업의 식품, 음료 소매판매액이 각각 9.3%, 11.8% 증가했다. 부동산 판매 면적은 13.8% 감소하고 부동산 판매액은 22.7% 감소세를 보였음. 화물 수출입은 10.7% 증가한 9조 4,151억 위안(약 1,821조원)이며, 이 중 수출은 13.4% 증가한 5조 2,260억 위안(약 1,012조원), 수입은 7.5% 증가한 4조 1,891억 위안(약 809조원)으로 나타났다. 외자이용액은 전년 동기대비 25.6% 증가한 3,799억 위안(약 73조원)이며, 첨단기술 산업의 외자이용액은 52.9% 증가한 1,329억 위안(약 27조원)이며, 이 중 첨단기술 제조업과 서비스업의 외자이용액이 각각 35.7%, 57.8% 증가. 동부, 중부, 서부 지역의 외자이용액 증가율은 각각 23.4%, 60.7%, 21.9%이며, 21개 성·시의 외자이용액이 두 자릿수의 증가세를 보였다. • 강남구, 외국인 600명 체납 재산세 21억원 징수 나선다

  강남구가 4월부터 3개월간 거주지가 불분명한 외국인과 국외전출자에 대한 재산세 체납 관리를 강화한다. 2022년 기준 강남구에서 재산세를 체납한 외국인과 국외전출자는 600명으로 체납건수는 2517건, 액수는 21억원에 이른다. 전체 재산세 체납자 대비 외국인 체납 비율은 5.1%로 낮은 편이나, 거주지 파악이 되지 않을 경우 송달문제로 체납처분 진행이 어려웠다. 이에 강남구는 과세대상 부동산 소재지에 찾아가 체납자 또는 체납자의 친·인척, 세입자 등을 만나 납부가 늦어지는 이유와 체납자의 경제적 상황을 살피고 납부를 독려한다. 경제적 사정으로 납부가 어려운 경우 분할 납부, 체납처분 유예 등을 지원해 경제활동과 회생을 도울 예정이다. 이에 더해 구는 지방세 징수의 체계적 관리를 위해 이메일이나 앱을 통한 전자고지 신청을 유도하고 세입자를 납세관리인으로 지정할 수 있음을 안내할 방침이다. 정순균 강남구청장은 “주거지 파악이 어려운 외국인에 대한 맞춤형 체납관리로 징수 사각지대를 해소해, 코로나19로 어려운 상황에서도 납세의무를 성실하게 이행하는 납세자들과의 형평성을 맞춰나갈 것”이라고 말했다.

During this time, I came across the 'World Super Model Awards 2020', and I wanted to take on this new challenge in field of modeling.
