Hello Everyone, my name is Alicia Song and I am a Anchor for GEBS, a foreign company news station in Korea. 

I am also the Director of Public Relations at the KOFA. Today, I am honored to be joined with Ms.Lee Jung-eun, 

the head of the Korean branch of America II Electronics Korea,  who has become the talk of the town for winning first place in the 2020  Ms. World Super Model Awards.

Hello Ms. Jeong Eun Lee, 

first of all, thank you very much for accepting this interview.It would be great  if you would start us off with a brief introduction to America II Electronics Korea.

America II Electronics Korea Is a foreign company based in the United States that provides semiconductor and electronic component distribution and supply chain solutions, 

and is currently located in Samseong-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul.

Would you please describe what the organizational culture (OD & Culture) and ideal Talent Style of America II Electronics Korea is?

Jeong Eun Lee

We are aiming for a flexible and horizontal organizational culture with horizontal communication  based on mutual respect. In a rapidly changing society.

we look for talented people who look into the future and lead change,and we value those who respond flexibly to situations and think positively and put those values to practice.

It is our understanding that you won first place in the 2020 Ms. World Super Model Awards.

Please give us a brief introduction to the Ms. World Super Model Awards and your motivation for participating.

Jeong Eun Lee

Since the start of the corona pandemic last year, in order to turn this crisis and otherwise stressful time into an opportunity, I have been working on my diet and exercising to work on a healthy life.

During this time, I came across the 'World Super Model Awards 2020', and I wanted to take on this new challenge in field of modeling.  So I decided to participate in the Mrs. section of this competition.

Would you please outline the compensation & benefits (C&B) and HR (HRM)  system of America II Electronics Korea? 

Jeong Eun Lee

To talk about the values that can be obtained from working in our company, they be ‘fast growth,’ ‘global experience,’ ‘cooperative colleagues’ and ‘the best salary  in the industry through a differentiated incentive system

In addition to incentives, there are welfare programs such as rewards for long-term workers, work support, and four major insurances.

As a successful working mom and career woman, could you give some advice for other working moms who dream of becoming CEOs of foreign companies in the future?

Jeong Eun Lee

We don't know what will happen with our lives.  Believe in yourself and face it boldly. I think that when you think positively and act positively, there will be positive results.

Lastly, as a mentor who contributes so much to her community, please share with us any wisdom you may have for young job seekers.

Jeong Eun Lee

The reason I was able to achieve my dream is because  I kept running at a diligent pace without stopping for anything. 

I hope that everyone commits to what they really want to do and where they want to go
