The Company

Mosaicoon provides a holistic approach to video marketing strategy bringing together all the steps of a video campaign, enabling brands to simplify the video production and distribution process, and to focus on the marketing results by working with only one partner.  Mosaicoon connects leading consumer brands with an online community of professional creatives, video makers and publishers in order to generate emotionally engaging video campaigns within a Sharing Entertainment model. 

 

The Role

The Country Director, South Korea is charged with developing and executing new business opportunities, promoting Mosaicoon's video production and campaign strategy to publishers and agencies, managing a pipeline, as well as taking ownership of the customers relationship.  The primary objectives are to achieve revenue targets, grow market share, expand and grow the adoption of Mosaicoon's video products, and drive customers satisfaction.

 

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategy, manage pipeline and ensure that opportunities for new business are developed, pursued and converted.  Ensure business profitability.

Ensure all relationships are healthy and intervening when appropriate, lead customers and fostering strong and long lasting relationships.

Grow headcount as needed.  Inspire direct reports, and act as a role model and mentor, to be seen as a future leader, decision maker and problem solver.

 

Key Attributes

10+ years of working experience in the social media/video industry, including min. 3 years as a team lead.

Proven track record of successful sales exceeding goals and quotas, understanding all stages of the new business process, and able to pick up a pitch at any stage and make it a success.

Durable, stamina, relentless high energy, drive and proactiveness.  Able to do what it needs to “just get stuff done” over any obstacles. 

Analyze sales statistics to determine business growth potential.

Excellent relationship builder with the ability to operate at a strategic level with key clients and help resolve issues smoothly and effectively.

Independent worker with effective time management skills, able to manage numerous accounts and campaigns simultaneously.

Problem solving - understanding and offering solutions.

Commercial focus and entrepreneurial drive.

Passion and excitement for new technology, bleeding edge applications, and possess a positive attitude towards solving real world challenges.

Self-starter who is confident in their own abilities and decision making.

Strong interpersonal skills, able to establish, develop and maintain business relationships, and excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
